Let´s have some fun on Saint Patrick´s Day

HAPPY ST. PATRICK´S DAY - YEAR 1 and YEAR 2

Last Tuesday, 20th March, our students - year 1 and 2-  celebrated "Saint Patrick´s Day", dancing an Irish jig, dressing up as little leprechauns, making the Irish Flag, searching for leprechaun´s golden coins, icing green cookies....

El pasado 20 de Marzo nuestros alumnos celebraron “San Patrick´s Day”:

Los niños bailaron “Irish Jig”, se disfrazaron de Leprechauns (gnomos irlandeses), buscaron las monedas de oro, confeccionaron la bandera de Irlanda y decoraron galletas con “icing”verde, dulce típico de Irlanda.

Everyone looked for information about carnivals around the world of four different countries: Spain, Brazil, Italy and Belgium. Later we gathered all that data in groups and made a display about it.
